Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policy
At Watson & Co. Jewellery, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and that you receive your orders in a timely manner. Please review the following policy for order preparation, shipping, and back orders:
Order Preparation
- All orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 48 hours of receiving order confirmation.
- Once your order has been prepared, it will be shipped out on the next business day.
Shipping
- Domestic Orders: Shipping within Canada typically takes 3 to 7 business days from the day of shipment.
- International Orders: Delivery times may vary based on location and the shipping preference selected by the customer at checkout. Estimated delivery times for international orders generally range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Back Orders
- If an item in your order is currently out of stock and placed on back order, we will notify you promptly.
- Back-ordered items will be shipped out as soon as they are restocked.
- Please note that back orders may add up to 14 days to the total order fulfillment time.
